The Service Team is available Monday through Thursday from 8.00 to 20.00 hours. Friday from 8.00 to 17.00 hours.

At the moment our Service Team is very busy. We will try to help you as soon as possible, but this can take a while. Please try again later. Do you have questions about the compensation of € 30.000?  We will attempt to answer FAQ's on this website later in January . If you want to apply for restoration, you can do that later too. This doesn't affect your rights.

You can apply for your personal case file by contacting the Service Team. You may also contact your personal case officer or send us a written request.

Written request

When you send a letter, please state clearly that you apply for your personal case file, and why you want te receive your files. Include your name, adress, zip code and town, and your phone number. Send your letter to:

Apply for reassesment

If you have been affected as a parent by the Tax and Customs Administration, you may apply for reassessment.
